Anyone holding the report can prove it is real.

• Verification by scanning the QR code printed on the report
• Verification by entering the report number, for anyone working from a printout or a forwarded PDF

The owner decides who sees the report, and how far it travels.

• Private or public mode controls who can open a shared report
• Circulation limits — screenshot restrictions and a watermark on every draft
• Password-protected access is parked for a later release
